Our Story

We believe that collaboration, leadership and creativity are the key skills for the emerging age of globalised economies, scarce resources and deeply complex challenges.

Creativity - with increasingly limited resources, saturated markets, overwhelming amounts of data, and lean infrastructures, growth and development can only come from new ideas

Collaboration - new ideas emerge best when developed, and tested, with others. this is not all. the challenges facing us today are too great for any one group or organisation to go it alone. team members need to develop the mindsets and intelligence that allows them to co-create and co-develop successful projects across silos, sectors and structures without wasting scant time, energy and resources

Leadership - great ideas and powerful collaborations only count when courageous, ethical and committed individuals make things happen without bending to cynicism, complacency and overwhelm

However the scale of the challenges we all face inside and outside our organisations - coupled with ever-decreasing budgets - demand that we discover new ways to teach, enable and train our employees and our citizens. Traditional training and consulting models just can’t deliver on the scale needed.

We believe that every person has an innate ability to be collaborative and creative - and that groups of committed individuals can best break through the limitations and obstacles to excellence and emancipation when they work together.

And we believe that the tools and techniques that allow one to access these innate skills belong to all of us, not just a handful of experts and politicians who have carved out a chunk of knowledge and power for themselves. It is our human birthright to become leaders, in whatever sphere of work and life we choose.

Therefore we focus on developing experiences that everyone can access so that they can increase their skills and develop their talents together. We are better, stronger - and, crucially, more able to adapt - together.
