We are a social business whose founding purpose is to channel state-of-the-art insights, tools and learning on empowerment, entrepreneurship and innovation from the fast-moving corporate world towards the most disadvantaged people on the planet.

Our training, learning and coaching programs enable individuals and organisations to become ever better creative leaders, helping themselves and their teams thrive in challenging times. But the mindsets we help foster are designed to do more than this - they are designed to inspire each citizen to harness their potential to co-create a radically better future for themselves and the community as a whole.

But we do not stop there.

We believe that when we teach people the tools of innovation, collaboration and personal empowerment then they no longer need our aid. Or even our ideas. For they can then solve their own problems in ways that reflect their culture and reality, rather than rely on benefits and bandages created by the elite.

In order to do this without reliance on hand-outs and charity, we have developed our cutting-edge products and services to create revenue that can be put to work on our social projects as well as generating positive change in the organisations that use them. We commit a minimum of 24% of our profits to do this - although in reality it has always been closer to 100%.
