We are now in the era of mass collaboration and open innovation – where the only way to realise our boldest ideas and our biggest innovations - is to work with others as collaborators. But most collaborations end up in some form of disaster - bruised egos, swollen costs, burnt bridges and often the organisational memory never to try it again.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. We offer training and collaboration process design (drawing on many intrinsically collaborative strategy tools) to ensure that open innovation and collaborative projects occur we limited resource wastage and maximum creativity.
