We worked for years to develop cutting-edge innovation techniques for the best companies in the world - Tesco, Microsoft, Sony, Orange, Cadburys, P&G, Unilever, Kraft and many many more were all clients. Since 2005 we have focused solely on applying those techniques (and developing more to fit emerging realities) to develop breakthrough innovations for the greater good, including our own social products and social ventures.
We work in:
Green and sustainable innovation - ensuring new products, services and business processes are planet-ready, harnessing not generating waste and emissions
Social and psychological innovations - working to massively increase prosperity and resilience in large populations
Bottom-of-pyramid and pro-poor innovations - developing products and services that service the most disadvantaged, and that can create livelihoods for them and their communities

The key principles of our thinking, that we apply to our own social projects too, are:
Radical - we are unafraid of challenging the assumptions and rules of even the most legislated and professionalized social sectors, aiming to develop innovations that can alleviate and even dissolve the fundamental root causes of our local and global problems
Open - using the power of the networks and new collaborations to co-create ideas together, reaching heights that could not be scaled by one organization alone
Win-win-wins - finding innovations that work for everyone, from disadvantaged users and governmental bodies to birds and the bees that surround them
Ethical - ensuring that any resources needed for development and distribution minimize damage or suffering to the environment or population
Cradle-to-cradle - creating sustainable innovations that use former waste products and transform them into valuable products and services
We also run an Innovation boot camp and innovation training.
