But the mindsets we help foster are designed to do more than this - they are designed to inspire each citizen to harness their potential to co-create a radically better future for us all.
But we do not stop there. We are a social business whose sole purpose is to channel state-of-the-art insights, tools and learning on leadership, mental wellbeing and innovation from the fast-moving media and organisational world to the most disadvantaged people on the planet. In order to do this without reliance on hand-outs and charity, we have developed our cutting-edge products and services to create revenue that can be put to work on our social projects as well as generating positive change in the organisations that use them. We commit a minimum of 24% of our profits to do this - although in reality it has always been closer to 100%.
Our mission is to open up to as many people as possible the carefully guarded secrets of leadership, collaboration and creativity- allowing all to harness the power of their full potential to bring about the social justice, equality and peace we all crave.
