Here are some answers to the usual questions we are asked.
What is the wecreate™ toolkit and community?
It is a peer-to-peer creative leadership experience – that provides a suite of carefully selected creativity, leadership and innovation tools with a fully designed framework to help two people get the most out of them. Accessible to everyone and simple to use, wecreate™ is an 8-session pack with support materials, including task-specific audio tracks and growing online wecreate™ community that supports continuous advancement towards individual and collective goals and visions.
How does it work?
Two people use the wecreate™ toolkit by meeting up for 8 x 90 minute sessions. Together they use the tools inside to coach each other through a rigourous, challenging and engaging creative leadership experience that both teaches them new techniques, and helps them move their professional career forward significantly during the 8 sessions. It’s like having a leadership coach and being trained in creative thinking and leadership at the same time.
We have designed the experience to keep the most important part of creative leadership development - having a real, live person sitting next to you who can see your blindspots and help you tap into your potential - whilst removing the need for this person to be an expensive consultant. They can be a colleague, business partner or associate - everything else is within the toolkit, and in your hands.
How long does it last for?
There are 8 sessions provided in the toolkit. We recommend completing one session per week, fortnight or month with your partner. If you would like to continue with the creative leadership experience, you can download a free template to use each week which we will be uploading to our site soon. Sign up to the community and you will be notified when.
Because wecreate™ is designed to permanently shift mindsets toward creativity, leadership and innovation, the benefits of the programme last a lifetime.
Who created it?
wecreate™ was produced by wonderinc, a social business founded by Nick Jankel. The wecreate™ programme was backed by the European Union and evaluated by the Birmingham City University. See benefits to find out more.

How do we organise wecreate internally?
The toolkit has been specifically designed to be ‘plug and play’ with no need for HR or management burdens. Simply offer the toolkit to individuals as part of their learning and development. They can then pair up with someone they want to work with. To help you get the most out of the toolkit, and implement powerfully in your organisation, we are developing a support pack to aid you.
If your organisation has bespoke needs, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss a programme that could support your team.
What ongoing support do you offer?
We have designed wecreate to be a stand-alone toolkit, with all the answers people need within it. This is key as part of the training is to develop the capacity to find solutions to their own challenges. This site also contains a community forum where we encourage users to develop, together, new ideas and ways of doing things.
We are developing a set of 3-session plug-ins, to expand the toolkit. They will be for collaboration and innovation.
We also run a set of intensive training sessions around the themes explored within the toolkit - and are always happy to discuss how we could support you and your team more.
We can also design further sessions around your specific needs as an organisation.
We have also offered a ‘template’ session for individuals who what to build on the 8 sessions supplied - and continue to harness the unique relationship they have formed with their peer.
Who in my organisation might benefit most?
The entire team. The experience has been designed to make accessible to everyone the benefits of creative leadership training and executive coaching - and reduce training and development costs considerably. The system is particularly useful for team members and employees who would not usually be able to access these skills and services.
The system is a fraction of the cost of even one session of coaching yet contains most of the benefits and includes additional benefits that conventional coaching cannot deliver - such as leadership training and embedding stress-reduction techniques.
Is it customisable?
Absolutely. Our team would be delighted to discuss how it could be adapted to fit your needs. We are particularly versed in customising the experience towards;
* Innovation
* Leadership
* Change management
* New business or brand strategy roll-out
* ‘Living the brand’
* Embedding organisational values
* Work / life balance
* Stress reduction
* Mergers
* Redundancies and down-sizing
* Ethics
* Sustainable and socially responsible business practice
However the classic toolkit is a great foundation for everyone.
Feel free to contact us if you are interested in designing specific weeks to help overcome specific cultural or management issues such as mergers, redundancies, etc; or to design one that reflects your brand and organisational values.
